This glitch allows the player to get out-of-bounds in the Sand Kingdom sub-area, Inverted Pyramid. To do this you simply need to crouch walk into the left-side corner of the entrance to the area. Slowly tapping the analog to move will give the best results. Discovered by Syrkl
This glitch allows the player to get out-of-bounds in the Cap Kingdom sub-area, Poison Tide. To do this simply capture one of the Paragoombas and walk into the right-side corner of the entrance door (it must be the entrance, the exit does not work) to the area. Slowly tapping the analog into the corner will give the best results. Discovered by Syrkl
This glitch allows the player to get out-of-bounds in the Cap Kingdom sub-area, Frog Pond. To do this you must perform a "Forced Release Clip" (2-Player only) using a secondary Frog capture which is soon to expire and disappear. You'll want to try and capture the dizzy second Frog 1 or 2 frames before it disappears. This trick is very difficult to set-up and execute. Discovered by Syrkl.
Place a Letter (not the letter "M") at the north-west corner of the letter boundary in Metro Kingdom, make sure the letter's dim/white side is facing to the East. Now place the letter "M" to the east of the letter you first placed. The "M"'s lit-up/red side must be facing North (slightly turned clockwise to the East). Now grab a Scooter and ride it onto the most east side of the letter "M" and dismount the Scooter as you jump onto the "M"'s side. Recapture the "M" and then move the analog to the compasses North slightly to make the "M" move and immediately release all input from the analog. Wait until the Scooter pushed the "M" into the first letter you placed and switch capture from "M" to the other letter. Once you have captured the other letter it should easily move out-of-bounds. During the Tropical Wigglers retraction animation (due to releasing your stretch whilst over a cliff), if there is another capture intersecting the Wigglers stretch path; such as Glydon, the Wigglers head will be seperated from its body and after the animation ends, the body will teleport to the head. This happens even if the head is currently clipped out-of-bounds. By placing the object which will intersect your stretch path (Glydon or another Wiggler) close to a wall, the Wigglers head will be forced to clip through said wall. This can be used to clip through any wall in Lost Kingdom. Discovered by Syrkl
In 2-player mode; when in a capture and using Cappy flight, if Cappy interacts with an object that causes the second player to lose control of Cappy temporarily (such as a lamppost, pole, switch, turnip), this will force the Mario player to be released out of the capture they are currently possessing. If this is done whilst directly underneath a ceiling Mario will be released through the ceiling and clipped out-of-bounds. This works for captures: Frog, Goomba-Tower, Cheep Cheep, Coin Coffer, Lakitu. Discovered by Syrkl
When underneath a corner as a Cheep Cheep capture, hold A or B to swim upwards whilst barely trapped by the corners overhang. Now press ZL or ZR to release from the capture and Mario will clip into the corner out of bounds. This can by quite finicky and will require some good positioning as well as luck. Discovered by Syrkl
